Developed a multi-tenant Point of Sale system serving multiple clients. Built with TypeScript and Express.js backend, Qwik frontend framework, and PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM. Features include inventory tracking with IMEI serialization, multi-store stock transfers, cash drawer management, purchase order workflows, employee time tracking with scheduling, and comprehensive reporting (commission, aged inventory, invoicing). Implements role-based access control (RBAC) with hierarchical user management and granular permissions. Integrated AWS Bedrock for automated contract PDF parsing, reducing data entry time from 5 minutes to 30 seconds per contract. The system supports complex telecom contract billing with device financing, service plans, add-ons, and automated invoice generation.
